Well, there you go. I started losing weight at 243 (first photo). It was slow but steady and I had a loooooooooooong way to go! A friend shared the Take Shape for Life program with Doug and me, so I started TSFL in March of 2010 at 216. The third photo was taken in August at 166. I still have about 30 pounds to lose, and I have no doubt that I will reach my goal.
In July, I signed on with the company to be a free Independent Health Coach. I love the program and believe in it so much that I decided to work with the company to help others enjoy the freedom and health that I am now enjoying!
When a person makes the decision to do the Take Shape For Life program, I will support him or her throughout their weight loss and healthy habits lifestyle change. TSFL is so much more than losing weight and the company is committed to leading people to develop lifelong habits for health. The Health Coach is free to the client and the client buys their food directly from the company, with the guidance and support of the coach. It is a fantastic program!
You don’t have to live near me to go through the program with me. I can support people by email, text, phone, whatever! If you’ve even been thinking about getting healthier, let me know. I’ll send you some good information and some yummy samples and you can check it out…no pressure, ever! I am SO thankful to the person who shared Take Shape For Life with me because I feel like a brand-new person!
